Public Projects

The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of: Remove and replace existing sidewalk and parking lot paving. Remove existing planter and replace with new stormwater treatment planter. Add new accessible paths of travel and installation of electrical vehicle charging stations.

The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents for the above stated project. The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of: Demolition of existing pool plaster and tiles to existing bare concrete shell of the Competition Swimming Pool. Re-tile and re-plaster.

The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents for the above stated project. The general items of work to be done R Mobilization, roadway excavation, demolition, construction of asphalt concrete pavement, cement-lime treated base, grading and drainage as shown on the Plans, as called for in the Specifications, and as directed by the Engineer.

The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of: Mobilization; traffic control and construction signage; AC Conform Paving, AC plug paving; concrete removals, new concrete sidewalk, curb ramp curb and gutter, driveway, topsoil and mulch, tree removal and new tree planting, sign and post installation and such other items or details that are required by the Plans, Standard Specifications, or these Special Provisions to be performed, placed, constructed, or installed.

The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of: Mobilization; traffic control and construction signage; Storm water pollution prevention plan, striping removal, changeable message signs, adjusting utilities to grade, concrete curb, gutter sidewalk and driveway; cold planning; subgrade over-excavation; AC patch paving; crack sealing, rubber chip seal, slurry seal; curb ramps; striping and pavement marker installation, paving art, speed bump, and such other items or details that are required by the Plans, Standard Specifications, or these Special Provisions to be performed, placed, constructed, or installed.

Repair and replacement of existing asphalt shingle roof, including, but not limited to, applying for applicable building permits, including payment of permit fees.

Mobilization; traffic control and construction signage; roadway excavation and subgrade repair; storm drain pipe, inlet, cleanout, catch basin, and manhole construction; concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, curb ramp, and v-ditch construction, pipe bursting, CIPP, railing installation and such other items or details that are required by the Plans, Standard Specifications, or these Special Provisions to be performed, placed, constructed, or installed.

Mobilization; traffic control; roadway excavation, AC paving and AC plug; Storm Drain, top soil and mulch; concrete sidewalk, driveway, curb and gutter; tree protection and such other items or details that are required by the Plans, Standard Specifications, or these Special Provisions to be performed, placed, constructed, or installed.

Mobilization; traffic control and construction signage; roadway excavation and subgrade repair; storm drain pipe, inlet, cleanout, catch basin, and manhole construction; concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, curb ramp, and v-ditch construction, pipe bursting, CIPP, railing installation and such other items or details that are required by the Plans, Standard Specifications, or these Special Provisions to be performed, placed, constructed, or installed.
